The Rotary Plaza project is a rehab of a 182-unit apartment complex consisting of two mid-rise buildings constructed of precast concrete panels. The scope of work includes complete interior renovation of units as well as common areas, reconfiguration of spaces, conversion of standard units to ADA units, and construction of new commercial café. Other work includes complete replacement of existing hydronic baseboard system to new fan coil system, new single membrane roof, and seismic retrofit throughout using fiber reinforced polymer (FRP). Site work includes partial repavement of the parking lot and ADA access from the parking lot to the buildings. A new photovoltaic system was added at each building.
