Ridge View Commons, located at 5200 Case Avenue in Pleasanton, California, is a residential community comprising 200 one- and two-bedroom units across six buildings. Constructed in 1989, the property features a standalone Community Building equipped with resident amenities, including a commercial kitchen and dining area. Landscaped courtyards are thoughtfully situated between buildings, and the perimeter parking areas can accommodate up to 224 vehicles.

The rehabilitation project focuses on enhancing accessibility and modernizing living spaces. Scope of work includes complete ADA upgrades to 20 units, installation of new bathroom fans, PTAC air conditioning units, vinyl windows and sliding glass doors, and new appliances. Additionally, a new fire alarm system will be installed, and parking lot upgrades are planned to improve safety and functionality.

This comprehensive renovation aims to provide residents with improved comfort, safety, and accessibility, ensuring Ridge View Commons remains a vibrant and welcoming community for years to come.
