With 30 years of experience in the South Bay construction industry, Jim has held roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, and General Superintendent, along with leading safety and quality control initiatives. His extensive project portfolio includes affordable multifamily housing developments across the greater Bay Area – both rehabilitations and new construction.

In this key role at D+H, Jim is deeply involved in both the preconstruction and construction phases to ensure seamless project execution. During preconstruction, he works closely with the project team to develop site logistics plans, construction sequencing, and safety protocols—applying his field expertise to anticipate and address potential challenges early. Once construction begins, he provides hands-on leadership in the field, overseeing daily operations, enforcing quality control, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
