As a fourth-generation general contractor, Marshall brings a lifelong perspective to the industry. Raised around job sites, he developed an early understanding of how thoughtful planning, strong teamwork, and disciplined execution drive lasting project success.

Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, he gained a deep respect for community, craftsmanship, and relationships that endure. That foundation shapes Marshall’s leadership philosophy—prioritizing integrity, accountability, and investment in people.

With a background in Urban Studies, Marshall brings a systems-level perspective to construction leadership, recognizing how buildings, infrastructure, and planning intersect with neighborhoods and economic vitality.

At D+H Construction, Marshall focuses on building a resilient, people-centered organization positioned for sustainable growth.
