Hi Fidelity

This project created a new retail space with new storefront completely separate from the existing building/use to remain.

Work included creating separation between existing tenant space, new accessible public restrooms, new roof, new interior finishes throughout, high-end security system and doors, and new MEP systems.

All work occurred while the adjacent and existing tenants had complete use of their spaces and daily activities.
