With over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, Eric is a seasoned project manager with extensive expertise in utility infrastructure installations, ground-up mixed-use developments, seismic retrofits, commercial tenant improvements, and construction defect remediation projects.

Eric is known for his enthusiastic leadership and ability to bring passion and energy to every project. He has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. His ability to lead diverse teams, navigate challenges, and drive successful outcomes makes him an invaluable asset to every project he oversees.

As a D+H Project Manager, Eric is the primary contact with the owner and architect, and works with closely jobsite superintendents on scheduling and coordinating employees, subcontractors, and vendors. Additionally, Eric manages the project budget.
