Building Out and Repurposing Retail and Office Spaces

Much commercial space is reused from something else. We’ve turned bowling alleys into record stores, brought structures back from fire damage, and helped businesses adapt their existing spaces as their business models have evolved. A lot of this work is mixed-use, meaning we’re building out a ground floor operation while remaining sensitive to the lives of the people living and working above and adjacent to the activity.
