Camara Circle

Interior work included new kitchens, bathrooms, interior finishes, and windows. The buildings received MEP upgrades throughout, dry rot repairs, and deck and stair replacement. ADA units and a manager’s office were added.

Exterior work included new siding, complete exterior paint, parking lot AC and striping, and site accessibility upgrades.

This project was part of the Carena Scattered Sites project, which consisted of 114 units on three separate properties: Camara Circle, Elaine Null and Riley Court. Each site had one- to three bedroom units in multiple buildings.
