Casa Montego

Interior work included new kitchen and bathroom finishes and fixtures in units, new finishes at common areas, new community kitchen, upgrades to electrical and HVAC in all units and common areas, new ADA units and ADA upgrades at common areas and sitework.

Exterior work included new ADA parking, ramps, and walkways. A new community garden was completed, along with a complete replacement of siding and windows. The roof was replaced and solar PV was added.
