We are undertaking a comprehensive rehabilitation of 206 residential units, including 193 standard units and 13 ADA-compliant units, as well as two common areas. The project serves a diverse community, including low-income families, seniors, and previously homeless individuals, providing them with safe, comfortable, and affordable housing.
The residential units will undergo significant upgrades, including the installation of new bathroom fans, range hoods, electrical sub-panels, and fresh air vents. Additionally, retrofit windows will be installed to improve energy efficiency. The 13 ADA-compliant units will also receive layout modifications to ensure proper clearances and meet accessibility requirements.
The two common areas will undergo extensive layout redesigns to improve functionality, along with upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. All buildings will receive new built-up roofing and gutters, and the concrete pathways will be repaved to ensure they meet the required slope for accessibility. Landscaping improvements will be made throughout the property, and new trash enclosures will be built along with the addition of ADA-compliant parking stalls.
This project aims to significantly enhance the quality of living for all residents by improving accessibility, safety, and overall comfort, while continuing to provide stable, affordable housing for vulnerable populations.
