Fellowship Plaza

The project consisted of interior, exterior, seismic, and site improvements.

Interior improvements included complete renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, and finishes throughout, a new HVAC system, and ADA upgrades.

Exterior improvements included complete replacement of the building envelopes – new roof, stucco, windows, doors, and decks. Common area work included replacing all four elevators, finishes throughout, seismic upgrades to all buildings, and reconfiguration and additions to the community building.

Sitework included ADA parking and site accessibility upgrades, a community garden, new landscaping, and site furnishings.
