The complex offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, each equipped with modern amenities. Residents have access to on-site laundry facilities, management and resident services offices, a community space, and a YMCA childcare center.

Originally constructed in 2007, the property is undergoing comprehensive renovations to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Exterior improvements include replacing stucco, select windows, building lights, and roofing, as well as painting the building exterior. Site enhancements involve installing new exterior and pole lights, adding speed bumps, repairing landscaping and accessible pathways, increasing accessible parking, and sealing and striping the parking area.

Interior upgrades focus on replacing select water heaters and appliances, updating ADA-compliant units, and replacing floor finishes and kitchen and bathroom fixtures. These renovations aim to improve the living environment for residents while maintaining the property’s commitment to affordability and community support.
