Hookston Senior Apartments

The project included code upgrades to the electrical systems at all units, modernization of three elevators and machine rooms, building addition at community building, and a new fire alarm system throughout all buildings and units. All units received new finishes and fixtures and new windows and sliding glass doors. Ten units were converted to current accessibility codes.

Exterior and site improvements included complete painting of all buildings, roof repairs, outdoor community gathering areas, and site accessibility upgrades.
