The project included the complete removal and replacement of existing siding, doors, and windows, and the replacement of all decks, walkways, stairways, and elevators.

From Eden site: Renovations and upgrades of the property in 2007 made substantial long-term improvements including 100% roof replacement, a redesign and rebuild of walkways, catwalks and balconies, new fencing, siding and window replacement

Interior work provided new kitchen cabinets, floors, and painting of all units. Numerous bathrooms and bath vanities were replaced.
