Nevin Plaza

The redevelopment of Nevin Plaza is a transformative effort to revitalize a public housing community and better serve seniors and individuals with disabilities earning between 30% and 50% of the area median income.

Phase One focuses on the renovation of the existing 138-unit building, originally built in 1973. The work includes comprehensive upgrades to infrastructure and interiors, such as new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, along with updated windows, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, and paint.

Residents will also enjoy improved common areas, including community rooms, outdoor courtyards, updated landscaping, public art, laundry facilities, and an on-site property management office.

This project reflects D+H Construction’s ongoing commitment to strengthening community infrastructure and delivering high-quality, affordable housing throughout the Bay Area.
